Measures of UNC in samples collected from captive Leontopithecus rosalia (n = 1) and Pithecia pithecia (n = 5) diluted to three dilution factors. Samples were diluted in assay buffer and ran in duplicate. Data shown for P. pithecia is average ± standard deviation. No error bars are shown for L. rosalia as there was only one sample included for this analysis
